All donations are final.
You will receive an automatic confirmation and an annual tax receipt.
Donations may be tax-deductible depending on IRS rules.

All content, logos, and materials belong to LightUpKids unless otherwise noted. You may not use them without permission.

4. Program Applications

You agree to provide accurate information. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

5. Third-Party Services

Our site uses Stripe, Squarespace, and Microsoft services. Each provider has its own privacy policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Website outages

• Data loss

• Unauthorized access despite reasonable protections

• Decisions based on program availability
